Sky News Australia Meteorologist Alison Osborne says the extreme weather in the United States is shaping up to be one of the country’s longest heatwaves on record.
“The number of days, it’s approaching three weeks, some of these areas have had temperatures of over 30-35 degrees,” Ms Osborne said.
