Four explosions were reported in the Rusafa district of Baghdad.
At least three people were killed when a car exploded.
US forces have recently carried out a series of strikes targeting Kataib Hezbollah.
The armed group is blamed for the killing of three US soldiers in a drone strike in Jordan last month.
