University, poly start-ups to get faster access to working spaces at JTC LaunchPad

A new government programme aims to speed up the hunt for Singapore’s next tech giant, amid a global race to dominate new frontiers. It will give selected start-ups from universities and polytechnics quicker access to a working space at JTC LaunchPad. It also comes with cheaper rent and better opportunities to seek funding. Under the Green Lane Programme, sign-ups will take a month, instead of the previous three. Currently, the LaunchPad houses around 700 start-ups. Since 2015, it has nurtured over 2,000 others.
