PUB, NUS launch new research centre for coastal protection, flood management

Singapore is growing its pool of local expertise to help tackle rising sea levels brought about by climate change. National water agency PUB and the National University of Singapore have launched the new Coastal Protection and Flood Resilience Institute (CFI) Singapore. Studies carried out will be funded under PUB’s $125 million Coastal Protection and Flood Management Research Programme.
