Watch CNA’s Nomination Day special for the Singapore Presidential Election from 10am on Aug 22. Three presidential hopefuls – former Senior Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, former GIC chief investment officer Ng Kok Song and former NTUC Income chief executive Tan Kin Lian – are expected to show up at the Nomination Centre at People’s Association Headquarters.
Singapore will go to the polls to elect a new President on Sep 1, if more than one candidate is confirmed.
