Israel says it bombed southern Gaza because Hamas fighters were hiding in the area.
Israeli airstrikes killed at least 49 people on Tuesday – the attacks came after Israel told Palestinians to leave northern Gaza and stay in the southern section of the Strip.
An IDF spokesman told Sky News it would continue to attack Hamas if militants stay in southern Gaza.
