Indian government is trying hard to purchase crude oil in Indian Rupee from oil exporting countries. but in recent comment In Lok Sabha by finance ministry said in 2022-23 none of the oil exporting countries is ready to give crude in exchange of Indian Rupee. but some other countries is accepting rupee for exchange of commodities like Bhutan, Singapore, Nepal, United Kingdom etc.
