Households can donate unused 2023 CDC vouchers to charity from Dec 1

People who have unused Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers can donate them to a preferred charity from next month until end-January. Last year’s donation drive saw close to $1.2 million donated to 245 participating charities. The more popular beneficiaries included the Children’s Cancer Foundation and animal welfare groups. As of early this month, 88% or close to $330 million worth of the latest portion of vouchers have been spent. Singaporean households will each get the next batch of $500 in CDC vouchers from early January.
